The last few days were so hot and humid – typical NYC summer weather – that I didn’t want to do anything! But today the weather is in the mid-eighties, there’s a great breeze, and the humidity is way down!!! A whole new view of life….
Yesterday, I didn’t want to ever blog again. Today, it seems like a great way to stay in touch with you! It’s all in perspective, isn’t it?
That’s some of what I feel about The Study – it helps us take the big stuff of life and faith, and bring it down to the personal perspective of every day actions!
There’s about a week and a half left before it begins! If you’re feeling battered by the weather – or anything else! – this may be a way to get a new view of life. And definitely a great way for us to stay in touch!

In one month – on August 3rd – The Study will begin! And I want to let you know how the preparation is going…
First, we have a nice size group registered – but there’s room for a few more people. You can register here on this site or you can email me at RevBethPerry@gmail.com if you have any problems with that.
Second, I have been gathering information for the events we’ll be focussing on. There’s been so much happening lately that it will probably be difficult to pick which topics we start with! But I’m excited about that part of the process, too.
Finally, the book (based on a previous version of this project) is coming together nicely! I’m still anticipating it will be ready by early September and I’ll post more information about its availability here in the next few weeks.
